1// Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel - I absolutely LOVE.THIS.STUFF! Sometime in August, I ran out of a natural facial toner that I bought online, so I decided to try something that was easily accessible in stores. I went to The Vitamin Shoppe, saw this bad boy, and decided to try it. It smells good and moisturizes my face like no other. However, I recently ran out and decided to try something comparable, yet cheaper (I tried Dickinsons (it's about $5). Thayer's is around $10-$11 a pop). What a mistake that was, and my face is hating me for it. Thayers is MUCH more gentle and moisturizing on my skin. Sometimes pricer things are worth it. #iwantthatoldthingback
2// Jane Carter Solution Nourish & Shine - This is one of those products that I've been wanting to try, but I never really got to it until now. The smell is amazing, and it's one of the best sealants I've ever used. I have the sample size, which has lasted for forever because a little goes a long way, but I'll definitely invest in the bigger size whenever I run out.
3//Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls - I can't lie. This product surprised me. The first time I tried it, I used it for a wash 'n go and the results were #meh. If you know my hair, you know I wasn't surprised (only Eco Styler works for wash 'n gos). However, I decided to use the gel for some two-strand twists. This gel provides the perfect amount of hold. It doesn't make my hair feel crunchy or dry at all, and it doesn't leave any icky white residue-- yet my twistouts/puffs are defined. +1. It's a bit pricey, but it just might be worth it.
